Blackstrap Rawnola

Ingredients

  • 15-20 Medjool Dates (Pitted)

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Mulberries
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats Substitute mulberries for raw recipe.
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seed
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Chips Substitute cacao powder.

Liquids

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Black strap molasses

Instructions

  1. Add dates to food processor and pulse 5-8 times to chop into reasonable sized morsels.

  2. Add all dry ingredients to food processor.  Pulse 3-4 times.

  3. Drizzle vanilla and molasses over dry mixture.  Pulse 3-4 times to thoroughly mix ingredients.

  4. Serve topped with fresh fruit and/or yogurt.  You can also serve pour your favorite non-dairy milk over a bowl of fresh rawnola.
