Quick energy ball recipe.
Add pistachios to food processor and pulse 5-10 times to chop nuts.
Add rolled oats, mulberries, flack seed and dried cherries.
Pulse 8-10 times to thoroughly mix ingredients.
Add agave syrup and vanilla extract. Pulse 6-8 times to thoroughly mix.
Mixture should be thick enough to easily roll into balls. If mixture is too dry add another tablespoon of agave syrup. If too thin, add additional rolled oats or mulberries to thicken.
Roll into balls and refrigerate before serving.
