Mango Ginger Energy Balls

  • 1 cup Dried mangos

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mulberries Substitute rolled oats.
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats Substitute mulberries for 'Raw' recipe.
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp Ginger syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut


  1. Soak dried mangos in warm water for 5 minutes.

  2. Pulse mangos in food processor for 10 seconds.

  3. Add Dry ingredients to food processor and pulse for 5 seconds.

  4. Add vanilla extract and ginger syrup.  Pulse until thoroughly mixed.

  5. If mixture is too dry add ginger syrup.  If mixture is too wet, add rolled oats or mulberries to thicken.

  6. Roll into balls. Roll ball into shredded coconut.

  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
