A summery mix of watermelon and berries infused with ginger and mint.
Cut the watermelon in half.
Using a melon baller, scoop out both sides of the watermelon into as many balls as you can and add to a large mixing bowl.
Wash and hull strawberries. Cut in half and add to the bowl.
Wash blueberries and add to the bowl.
Wash and pat dry mint leaves. Cut mint leaves and add to bowl.
Add ginger syrup to bowl.
Mix together all ingredients and make sure to spread out the ginger syrup and mint leaves throughout the bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator.
Option: Serve with non-dairy whip cream or cool whip.
